Cancellation and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full before the course starts. Applicants who wish to withdraw from a course should email info@creativewriting.co.nz at least one week before the start date. We can then provide a refund, less a $25 administration fee. Informing a tutor does not constitute a cancellation.

If you withdraw from the course less than one week before the course starts we will be unable to offer any refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a course or refuse any enrollment as permitted by law. If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund. The course materials are copyright and you agree never to sell, rent or otherwise distribute your course materials in any way.
