Submit stories up to 1000 words that take inspiration from the world of quantum physics. Stories must include the phrase “things used to be so simple”.
Prizes: First prize is $1,500 and an engraved trophy. The runner up will receive $1000 and a trophy. The winner of the People’s Choice will receive $500 and a trophy. Up to ten shortlisted entrants will receive $100, a certificate and a subscription to Scientific American.
